Engage Wesley Aw as main contractor in March 2023. Overall he is prompt, reliable, meticulous, communicate well and friendly. I'm satisfied with the electrical work, flooring tiles, kitchen tiles, carpentry works and paint works.

The 2 shortcomings are the plumbing works and wood flooring. For plumbing, his sub con leaves lots of grout on the toilet floor and pipes. I had difficulty in removing them. Some pipes did not fit well into the brackets that was mounted on the wall.

For wood flooring, his sub con only have 2 design/shades of wood to choose from. Luckily it turns out well.
