One of the best decisions I have made to go with Elson Ong from Tab Gallery.

I have heard numerous horrifying reno stories before I started my reno and none of those things happened.

Elson Ong was very courteous, responsive, dependable and professional.

Overall, going with Tab Gallery was very cost effective and everything was extremely well done.

I spoke to around 5 IDs. Immediately, Elson Ong stood out. He was very quick and responsive and knowledgeable. I was looking for an ID who can tell me what I did not know.

He gave me a very good deal to start. I signed I expected that him to "tok" (mark up) me subsequently but he didn't. The prices of the add ons were very reasonable.

Through out the reno, Elson was very responsive, missing out on very few things.

The workmanship is above my expectation. Painting was good. Vinyl was near perfect. Carpentry was good. The carpentry workmanship was better than my parents' place that got renovated 1.5 years ago.

No ID is perfect. Your budget is also not perfect. Elson didn't questioned me on the colors and combos (tiles) I chose in the first round. I realized some insuitability and I changed the colors. The 3D couldn't show exact colors too.

You need to be very sure of the designs. He may not be the best person to advise you on suitability and matching.

There was some issue with my kitchen grout. But Elson was very responsible. He didn't shun the issues. He re-did the grout until it was perfect.

You can be assured that he is very reliable and trustworthy. You should absolutely give him a big ang bao if he does everything swee swee for you.
