Zihao and Matthew were my renovation project coordinators. From the very moment I stepped into the showroom, they made me feel welcomed and listened patiently to my renovation ideas and needs. Even after I revealed that I was tight on budget, they did not show any less enthusiasm in serving me. Instead of getting pushy to get me to spend more, they kindly offered many alternative suggestions to the design and helped me work around my budget.
When the renovation work started, they continued to impress me tremendously with the detailed scheduling, constant updates and tight supervision of the renovation works. They were prompt in responding whenever I had questions or needed consultation with them. During the renovation, there were 2 minor accidental errors with the running of pipes and the construction of wardrobe, but they did not shove their responsibility nor make me bear any extra costs, but thought very hard to provide alternative and clever solutions to the problem.
The follow up after services was just as impressive. 2 months after the renovation, my toilet door handle was broken. I contacted Zihao and he responded promptly by sending someone to come to fix the door with no extra charges. Then half a year later, I noticed the air con drainage pipes in my toilet have been accidentally sealed during renovation. Again, Zihao came to see and offered a good solution to solve the problem. The pipes were re-aligned shortly and it was free of charge. Just recently, some stubborn stains appeared on my toilet tiles due to probably some chemical reaction. Zihao arranged for someone to clear the stains with the proper chemicals, again free of charge. I am very surprised at the way they continue to offer support and help even after the renovation has been done quite some time ago. I think other companies might have just ignored further requests for help after sales have been completed.
Overall, they have demonstrated a high level of professionalism in their service, a great sense of responsibility and reliability, as well as proactive and positive work ethics from beginning to end. Having worked with a few renovation companies in the past, TAB Gallery rank way at the top in terms of level of customer satisfaction I have experienced, therefore, super highly recommended and a big thank you to Zihao and Matthew for a job well done!
