I am very grateful to Marcus who is extremely patient, friendly and helpful. I didn't expect Marcus to go through such length and explain what I needed to know. All his advice are clearly explained and more importantly, practical. And he gives a very assuring presence, so, I feel comfortable to get my doubts cleared.

Marcus is not pushy and that's the best. He does not add on what is probably not needed and highlight what is needed and why certain things are more expensive.
