Stumbled upon Tab Gallery when I was looking for an ID due to their positive reviews. Was served by Jackson. I had a challenging resale project due to the Dec holiday period and the need to move in before CNY, leaving me about less than 2 months to complete my renovation.

Jackson is great at accommodating my needs and is able to manage his contractors well to ensure that the work is coordinated smoothly.

He is also not pushy like some IDs to get you to do things that you do not need. In fact, quite the opposite. He dissuaded me from doing things that are unnecessary and tries to propose less costly alternatives.

However, the most important trait of an ID is responsiveness and Jackson is exactly that. Even though Jackson was the first ID I met and I was considering quotes from other IDs subsequently, Jackson was always available to answer my questions. Even during the renovation when obstacles happen, he is responsive and is able to provide a solution quickly, no matter how small the problem. For first time home owners who are afraid that your ID will ghost you after closing your sale, do look for Jackson.
